This summer, I had had enough with my weight so I decided to take a drastic measure and start a weight loss program called Stimulock. It is a homeopathic HCG. It came with drops that you use 3 times a day, 5 minutes before eating, drinking lots of water, and eating a 750 calorie diet. It's tough but the weight does drop off. But, why wouldn't it? It's pretty expensive. You except to spend money when you are on a weight program of any kind. With this program, you have a person to talk to of you have questions about the program. They have to have some kind of medical background to answer your questions. I got stuck a couple of times and talked with her and was some what helpful.
I lost 20 pounds in 4 months but struggled with not having any energy and was craving food. I also missed wine and cheated because I just was hungry.
I went off this diet I gained 13 of my 20 pounds back very quickly and I felt like I was just eating normally. I did eat at fast food joints more than I had during the time that I was on Stimulock.
I started back on Stimulock after the holidays and it was awful, I literally thought I would die if I did not get to eat something. I did however lose 2 pounds.
I made the decision to try weight watchers and try to lose weight slower and healthy.
I started and the next thing I knew I was exercising! I had bought Leslie Samsone, walk at home series. It is 1,2,3 and up to 5 miles walking inside. I love it! I am not one to exercise but I do not mind doing this at all.
I have lost 5 pounds but I think the biggest thing is my body is changing shapes. It is getting tighter and healthier. The unnamed spouse is starting to see a difference.
I would like to see difference in the numbers but sometimes numbers are just numbers.
I am struggling right now with craving peanut butter and I am not talking about a little here and there I mean craving it by the spoon and everyday. I am thinking my body is missing something. The unnamed says it is just something I want. So, more work for me!
What diet works for you? Do you have an exercise program that you like? Is there a food that you crave everyday?
